Perinatal HIV Hotline (24/7)

Provides around-the-clock advice on indications and interpretations of standard and rapid HIV testing in pregnancy as well as consultation on antiretroviral use in pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period. It also links HIV-infected pregnant people with appropriate health care.

Provides expert guidance on considerations of providing pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to HIV-uninfected (HIV-negative) persons as part of an HIV prevention program. Line open 8 am to 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday.
