COVID-19

10/17/2023

Teens for Tomorrow, a group of youth (ages 12-18) in our community who work to promote mental health awareness and prevent underage drinking and substance use, put together this toolkit for students who have been exposed to COVID-19 and have to stay home to quarantine.

Their virtual game night is over, but this toolkit has really helpful things, such as:
  • A fact sheet on substances and mental health
  • Their tips for how to stay caught up with school when quarantining
  • The Happy Chaos booklet, which includes a Spotify playlist they made and music-related activities
  • A booklet about music and mental health to go with the playlist
  • Better You BINGO, which is a healthy coping challenge
  • Resources around mental health
