Emphasis and resources are targeted at providing youth (16-24) the assistance they need to graduate from high school, earn their GED, and/or move on to college or trade school. Participants can also receive job counseling and training, hands-on work experiences, and gain work readiness skills, which are needed for apprenticeship or jobs in high-demand fields such as health care and STEM fields.

Free high school/GED completion and job training program for low-income youth, ages 16-21. Among many others, possible career training opportunities include manufacturing, auto and machine repair, healthcare, information technology, construction and more. Housing, food and living stipend included. Check WorkSource's calendar to find out when the next orientation will be hosted in Vancouver.

Opportunities are available to interact with local employers through mock interviews, job shadows and group tours.
