If you're enrolled in a middle or high school in Battle Ground, Camas, Evergreen, Ridgefield, Vancouver or Washougal school district--or if you go to Washington State School for the Blind or Washington School for the Deaf--you can get a stickler called a Youth Opportunity Pass from your school or district office to put on your student ID that will let you ride C-Tran for free, year-round.
For students who are home-schooled, attending a private school, or youth who are not enrolled in school, consent forms are available for download here. Once completed, you can visit a C-TRAN Customer Service Office to receive your YOP card. For your convenience, consent forms are also available at the C-TRAN Customer Service Office.
