For pregnant and postpartum people and their partners experiencing depression, anxiety or adjustment-related stress. Trained volunteers, many of whom have struggled with these feelings themselves, offer support resources and strategies for combating postpartum blues.

Pregnant people can call and speak to a live person. Social Workers will meet with the pregnant person and discuss the options of making a parenting plan, an adoption plan or an abortion plan. They also counsel partners of pregnant people as to their rights. All services are free.
