National Association of Counties (NACO) prescription discount card
All county residents, regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage can use the card to save an average of 25 off the price of prescriptions. Print the card from the website and show it at a participating pharmacy to receive your discount. There is no enrollment form, membership fee or limits on how often you can use it. One card per family is all you need.

Services include regular and emergency dental exams, x-rays, silver and tooth-colored fillings, tooth removal, cleaning of children’s teeth, sealants. Professional teeth whitening offered for a small charge. Services not provided: crowns, root canals, dentures or bridges. Available November to June. Prices available online.

Students, under the direct supervision of licensed dental hygienists and dentists, provide high quality dental care at low cost for anyone in the Vancouver/Portland community. Services provided include exams, X-rays, scaling and polishing, sealants, fillings, diet analysis, and personalized preventive education. New patient screening appointments are available on Friday mornings and are based on the educational needs of the students.

People who are Medicaid-eligible and are pregnant can receive support and information related to pre-natal and post-partum health, and the care of their newborn. Nurses, social workers, and community health workers support expectant parents before birth and after birth for two months. All services are covered at no cost to clients.

A supplemental food and nutrition/breastfeeding education program helping people who are pregnant, people who recently gave birth, and young children to eat and live healthily.
