There are times when you just need to talk to someone, to let off some steam, or sort through your day. People on the WarmLine listen and offer reassurance that you have been heard and things can be better. When you call them you are talking to a peer, someone who has been there before to remind you you’re not alone. Open daily from 4 pm to midnight. Not a crisis line.
Washington Recovery Help Line (24/7)

Crisis intervention and referral services for Washington residents. Professionally-trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support  and offer local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling and mental health, as well as to other community services. Open 24/7.

Alcoholics Anonymous

A fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcohol use. Visit AA's local website to find a meeting.
CoDependents Anonymous

12-step recovery from codependency and the development and maintenance of healthy relationships. Visit CoDAs' local website to find a meeting.

12-step program for people in recovery who meet regularly to stay clean by sharing their experience, strength and hope with each other. No focus on any particular drug, and includes support for people struggling with alcohol use. No fees. Visit NA's local website to find a meeting.

Allows people who use injection drugs to get syringes and other supplies to reduce the spread of disease, dispose of used syringes safely, and receive health services such as Hepatitis C testing, immunizations, information, safer-sex and hygiene supplies, and referrals to other community agencies, including drug treatment. Free one-for-one syringe exchange. Also offers overdose prevention education and naloxone kit distribution.
